Welcome- De Pere
Welcome to the start of this interesting experiment in documenting experiences about art, architecture, history and of course food and culture in one of the great centers of Western Civilization, Rome.
Right now I am sitting in my office at St Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin on a windy November Fall day. The weather outside is 37 degrees, but I am thinking about Pomeii, Italy, where it is 20 degrees warmer, as I plan out some of the experiences that will later appear on this blog.
I think the view will be different in January when all this work comes together.
